Frank Gelbart has over 20 years experience in enterprise software sales and marketing. Prior to becoming CEO of Appfluent in 2002, Frank held executive sales and marketing positions with both venture backed and publicly-traded software companies. As VP of Worldwide Sales at Entevo Corporation he spearheaded the company’s aggressive global sales growth which culminated in a $125 million acquisition by Bindview Development in February of 2000. As VP Marketing for CyberGuard Corporation, a publicly-traded Internet security company he oversaw product management, corporate marketing and business development. Prior to Cheyenne’s acquisition by Computer Associates for $1.2 billion, Frank was responsible for Cheyenne’s sales operations in Asia, Canada and Latin America.
Allen Skees , CTO and Vice President, Engineering

As CTO and VP, Engineering, Allen brings significant experience to the Company's product development efforts. Allen has over 12 years experience leading teams in designing and building database auditing and caching products. He also has five years experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, distributed computing, and computer graphics. He worked for three years on a sophisticated air-to-air combat simulation for the United States Air Force. Allen holds multiple degrees including an MS in Electrical Engineering, a BS in Physics and a BA in Mathematics.
Santosh Chitakki, Vice President, Product Management & Marketing

As VP, Marketing, Santosh brings over 15 years of sales, marketing and business development experience to Appfluent Technology. Previously Santosh served as Vice President of Marketing for BioNetrix, an enterprise security software company and directed the worldwide channel sales and marketing at Entevo, a systems software company. Santosh has also held senior product marketing, product management, and business development positions at leading software companies such as IBM, Lotus and Intergraph. Santosh holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University, India and an MBA from University of Maryland.
